In a Partnership with the BLM, we take Mustangs/Burros into Schools and show our youth what beautiful, friendly horses Mustangs are.

 
   
 
A BLM representative first goes into the classroom to talk with the kids about Mustangs & Burros.  We discuss both our Wild Horses/Burros and adoption of horses/burros in captivity
 
   
Then the classes are brought outside to see Mustangs, Burro's and a variety of tack

Youth Outreach Program

A $200.00 donation allows us to adopt one class at a local school.  We educate the kids about Wild Horses, and stress the importance of reading.  We have a supply of used books that we give to a classroom.  EVERY child that does a book report, gets a Terri Farley book and a certificate of appreciation. We will also give either the classroom, or the library a complete set of Terri Farley Phantom Stallion books. We will announce YOU as the sponsor of the program in all printed materials provided to the students, on the inside cover of the donated books, on the web site, and in the event program for The Wild Horse and Burro Expo.

 
   

The Wild Horse & Burro Expo, as part of the National Wild Horse Center, is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
