It takes our 501 (c)3
non profit group of 100% volunteers all year to fund this event, which costs in
excess of $25,000 for the building, awards, judges, etc. In addition, from
monies raised, we fund grants to rescue organizations, support the prison wild
horse gentling program, and other educational opportunities to promote free
roaming and adopted Mustangs. To continue our efforts, we seek sponsorships,
donations and advertising.

Silent Auction Donations |

Our largest fund raiser is our Silent Auction. Items
vary from earrings, gift certificates to BBQ’s and everything in between. We
have never had an item that didn’t get bid on.

Youth
Outreach Program |
|
A
$200.00 donation allows us to adopt one class
at a local school. We educate the kids about Wild Horses, and stress
the importance of reading with a reading contest! The child who wins
the reading contest gets a set of Terri Farley Phantom Stallion Books, and a
set of books is also donated to the Schools Library! We will announce YOU as
the sponsor of the program in all printed materials provided to the
students, on the inside cover of the donated books, on the web site, and in
the event program for The Wild Horse and Burro Expo. |

SHIRT SPONSORSHIP:
$1500
– Limited to
two sponsors. Shirts worn by Board Members and Committee Chairpersons.
Sponsorship logo placed on shirts at sponsors direction. Shirts are
worn during the Wild Horse and Burro Expo and many events throughout the
year.

POSTER SPONSORSHIP: $1000
– Limited to
four sponsors. Sponsors Log will appear on Posters and Flyers.
Posters are posted across the US, with major distribution in California,
Nevada, Idaho and Oregon. Poster appears on main page of web site
