What we are doing to promote Mustangs
and
The Wild Horse and Burro Expo:
All of the activities we participate in are done at our
own, individual expense.
- Attend all prison Adoptions – We are there to answer questions, and have
information that goes in the adoption packet on how to reach us if the
adopters have any questions.
- Maintain an account for the prison gentling program where people can
donate to the program. We use the funds to purchase jeans, boots and
tack for the program. In 2008, we purchased over $2400 in corral panels.
-
Ongoing Mustang/Burro Newsletter emailed to almost 400 people, and forwarded to many
more people (Weekly question/answers about all aspects of owning a Mustang;
Training tips, diet tips, we promote clinics, horsy events, and share our
Mustang stories)
